SuperSeal30 can be used for Stamped Concrete, Stamped Cement, Decorative Cement, Concrete Brick Pavers, Acid Stained Cement, Concrete Stains, and Exposed Aggregate. SuperSeal enhances the natural color of your Brick Pavers and Decorative Concrete with a “wet” look.
SuperSeal30 can be applied with a 1/2″ roller cover. You cannot use a sprayer.
SuperSeal30 will help sand erosion reducing the amount of weeds. One coat is recommended.
Coverage is about 100 sq. feet per gallon or 500 sq. feet per five gallons. One coat will result in a high gloss sheen depending on porosity of brick. Extra coats will result in a higher gloss.
Note: Super Seal 30 is not suggested for Clay Pavers.
Super Seal 30 Comes in Clear and Brown Tinted
Super Seal 30 in Clear on Exposed Aggregate
Super Seal 30 in Brown Tinted on Exposed Aggregate
Can I use this on a three year old Pebblestone small porch
Yes.
Can I mix 25 and 30 together?
Yes, but not sure what you would do this.
I’ve used the High Gloss, Super Sealer for years (Roll it on red brick walkways and hugh patio). Works great. Folks who have walked from indoors to the patio have asked, “Did it just rain?”
😀
I have a limestone counter top I am looking to seal. Would this product work with it?
No, concrete sealers should not be used on limestone as they may discolor it.
I’m doing a gravel rock driveway can I use this to seal the rocks? I would like to use the brown for it.
No, this does nor work for loose rocks on a gravel driveway.
We used Sure bond 8700 wet look sealer on our pavers last year and it did not change the look of the pavers like we had hoped. In fact it did not change the look at all. Do we need to strip the pavers before applying the Super Seal 30?
There is no need to strip unless your pavers have a discoloration issue from coatings prior to the 8700. Post pictures in the comments.
Thank you so much for your advice. Can you please make any recommendations on cleaning greasy food stains on pavers?

Is this high gloss? What sprayer can I use for application?
Yes, it is a higher gloss. It cannot be sprayed, it is too thick. Roll it on.
In May we striped the entire patio using Clemons striper… huge job! We then resealed using Super Seal 25
Sadly we are seeing pealing areas… we striped the sealer completely off it was back to very dull stamped concrete. Then resealed it looked great but now we have a dozen areas that are failing. Areas that before were good…What do you recommend?
That is not peeling. Looks like an old sealer that was not fully removed and is now discoloring under the new sealer or it could be trapped moisture. Try applying Xylene solvent to the affected areas. It should reset the sealer and go away.
I have aggregate concrete and always used brown. My old sealer has some discolored areas and also my wife had a water fountain on porch and that has badly discolored the sealer. What do I need to use to strip sealer and start fresh.

Do you sell tinted concrete sealant for driveways?
We only have clear and brown tint.
we sealed by 6 pm last night our pool concrete pavers,,it will rain today around 1 pm,,will that miss up the result,,also we felt the joints didn’t get much sealer as pavers , can we redcoat or no need?
The rain will not harm it. We would not add more as too much sealer can create issues.
I had 3 new slabs of concrete poured around an in ground pool. How long until the new concrete can be sealed
You can seal it now with the correct sealer but you cannot use the SuperSeal 30 on plain poured concrete. it is for decorative concrete and pavers. Try this product: https://www.opwdecks.com/m-non-gloss.htm
Maybe a little but it is not what is it designed to do.
Just applied 2 coats of super seal 30 to my newly stained concrete driveway. When can I drive in it?
24-48 hours. Do not park on it for long periods for a week.
I have 3 years old exposed concrete driveway and my contractor used and it looked great for first few months then it started to fade. Then I used BHER premium sealer (wet Look Hi Gloss No.985) for next 2 years but not happy with this product at all. I like to see bit of wet look and not being slippery because I live in Ontario Canada with -20 degree to -40 degree temperature, snow and slat. I try not to used salt in winter months but salt still end up being on drive from city streets with my car tires ( I hardly used slat once in last 3 years on my driveway ). can you please recommend me something good?
Not sure as we have never tested something like this.
I just bought a 5 gallon can of super seal 30 … can existing cover be removed to add tint ???
Yes.
What do you recommend cleaning stamp concrete before using this product
If just dirty then pressure wash with water.
I sealed my pavers with water based seal n lock ultra 3 years ago. Used polymeric sand. Can I apply ss30 on top or do I. Have to strip?
That would depend on if the seal n lock has discolored or not?
You cannot seal over a paint. It would peel.
What’s your experienced recommendation for a very faded paver tiles if we want to bring some life ba k(wouldn’t mind tinting, we used Behr water based 2 years ago after pressure washing 2 coats’ almost got zero result . Thinking about Super seal 30 tinted but would appreciate any honest advice.we are in florida and get heavy rains alot if that makes a difference. God bless
It looks like your old sealer has turned white. This means you need to strip it off first before using the SS30 sealer. See here for stripping options.

I just ordered SS30 from you, but I have white discoloration on my stamped concrete I believe from a previous sealer from 4 years ago. Any recommendations on a product to remove the old sealer before resealing with the SS30 and grip? Thank you!
See here: https://www.opwdecks.com/concrete-sealer-stripper.htm
Thanks. I wanted to include a picture to get your opinion on what this is and if it can be fixed by stripping it? Thank you!
It could be many things but stripping should remove it as it looks under or in the current coating.
Is the brown tinted product lite brown or dark brown.
The final color (dark, medium, or light) is dependent on the surface and the colors that surface already has. ie: If the surface has a lot of dark brown in it already then it will lean more to medium or dark when done.
I have a large exposed deck, lots of high sun exposure, will super seal 30 allow me to reapply without stripping?
You can recoat SS30 over itself without the need for stripping.
can I use super sealer 30 on travertine?
High gloss sealers can dry blotchy on travertine tiles so we do not suggest it. Try Supreme Shield SB-600: https://www.opwdecks.com/wet-look-no-gloss.htm
No kidding I know that, to be more specific, when clear or brown is applied over pavers. What’s the difference in color gloss etc?
The gloss is the same and they both enhance like a wet look. The only difference is the brown tint. As for how it will look on your pavers, that would vary based on the colors your pavers have.
What’s the difference for clear and brown tinted sealer?
One is clear and one is brown tinted. No other difference.
Can I use super sealer 30 over a clear water-base sealant on my driveway.
That would depend on the previous sealer brand, sealer type, and if it has discolored since last applied.
I have a product called acryseal by Arizona Polymer Flooring that is on my indoor concrete floor and I wanted to go over this with your product. Will this work? What should be the process? How many sqft will the 5 gallons cover for this. Thank you
No, you cannot use this. Sorry.
Might want to try a clear coat epoxy or top coat. Scuff/sand first: http://www.restore-a-garage.com
Attached are two pictures where you can see the white rings around the pebbles. Also how much ss30 will I need?
thank you
5-6 gallons. Try xylene solvent for the white spots.
I have a pebblestone driveway and walkway about 640 sq ft. and it looks like the picture above. I ordered the clear ss30 sample and have not used it yet since it is very hot. We live in Las Vegas. I was planning on doing the job in 3 weeks when the temperature is in the 80’s. What temperature is ideal to apply. My wife likes it shiney. I was thinking of ordering the brown tint. What do you think? I had it sealed professionally 2 years ago and they used acetone after power washing to get rid of some milky areas. Do I have to use acetone to remove these milky areas? someone suggested CLR. What do you think? What is the nap size for the rollers? How long does it take before going on the driveway with my car? Is the brown tint more or less shiney than the clear ss30. Please get back to me as soon as you can so that I can place the order. Also, how long will it take to have it delivered? I would like to thank you in advance for your response.
Jeff Rosenfeld
80s is good to seal. Color choice is up to you if clear or brown. White areas could be many things so there is not one thing that will remove all. CLR is useless. 1/2″ nap roller. Shine is the same. Shipping is 3-5 business days.
for 620 sq. ft How much superseal 30 should I order? I do not want to run short doing the job. Also do I have to acetone the driveway to remove some milky spots or will the ss30 take care of the problem
Acetone does not remove white spots. Do you have pictures of the issue?
Will this work for a natural stone walkway?
I just purchased the ss30 in clear for our exposed aggregate front walkway. The last time we sealed it, (not with ss30) it was very slippery. We have not applied yet and want to know if you have another product that we can seal with and get the wet look without it being slippery
You can add this to the SS30: https://www.opwdecks.com/supergrip.htm
What is the drying time for SS30? How long before I return furniture to the patio?
Dries in 4 hours. Furniture in 24 hours.
What type of roller should I use to apply Seal 30?
Any roller that can handle a solvent-based coating. 1/2″ to 5/8″ nap/
I recently applied SuperSeal 30 with brown tint to my aggregate patio and it looks great. As I walk on it in some places now I hear snapping or popping sound but I do not see bubbles or blisters so I don’t know if that’s what it is. In a previous post it was suggested that the person treat it with xylene to melt the sealer. If I do that will it affect the appearance of the sealer and how long does it take to dry. Also, how does one apply the xylene over a large area, how much to apply, and with what does one use to apply it?
Post some pics.
I will be sealing stamped concrete which has not been sealed in many years – which is best choice; Super Seal 30 or Supreme Shield SB-600?
Either. Depends if you want a shine or not. Both give a wet look.
Where can i buy local
Online only.
Available in Canada??
Online only.
How long should I wait in-between coats?
As soon as the first coat is dry.
where can I buy this superseal 30 clear and SuperGrip in Toronto area?
Online only from our website.
Is it required to seal every year or will the results last longer?
Every 2 years is normal.
can this product be shipped to California?
No.
Curious, why does amazon ship to CA at $40 upcharge from sealer store and you don’t?
Because Amazon charges all retailers 15% so the up charge is to cover that. In general is usually cheaper to order from websites for products like this compared to Amazon.
Can you order a samples of the SuperSeal30 Gloss and Cleaner Degreaser?
SS30, yes: https://www.opwdecks.com/concrete-sealer-samples.htm
Not the Cleaner.
Perfect. Thank you! Any suggestions for a cleaner…we have a crepe myrtle tree whose droppings have “stained” a small area. Thank you in advance.
https://www.opwdecks.com/cleaner-degreaser.htm
Are Norte pavers clay
No idea.
We have Basalite Concrete San Remo “rust colored” pavers in our courtyard and would like to seal to achieve a high gloss wet look. We are unsure if we should order the brown tint or clear. Please what is the difference between SuperSeal30 brown tint and clear, i.e., will brown tint color the pavers or only enhance the “rust color”.
Use the clear. The brown is more for exposed aggregate.
Do you recommend more than one coat?
One is typically enough.
I have stained concrete that was stamped around the edges and lightly brushed in the center. The outside edge is a charcoal color and the inside is a light gray. It was poured a year ago and they used super seal 30 on it two weeks after they poured it. It has always been blotchy in areas of the light gray color but the charcoal outside edge never looked blotchy. It is a year later now and the blotchyness has just gotten worse. Some areas are worse than others. Should I apply another coat or two, or remove and start over with a different product in the light gray area? If I should remove and start over, what do I use to remove the SS30. Also I am not sure if they applied one or two coats the first time. Thank you in advance!
The blotchiness is due to how your concrete was stained. Adding more sealer or removing the sealer will not fix this issue.
can this be used on travertine tile that has been previously sealed with a solvent based sealer?
Yes as long as the old sealer has not discolored by turning white.
I just finished a paver project in my backyard. There is efflorescence on roughly half of the pavers. Can I use SuperSeal30 before the efflorescence naturally goes away or should I wait until the issue has cleared up from regular scrubbing and time? Thanks
You cannot seal over efflorescence. It had to be removed.
