Our #1 Selling Paver Sealer Product!
SuperSeal Brick Paver Sealer is a clear non-yellowing solvent based acrylic sealer that will protect your Concrete Brick Pavers and Decorative Concrete surfaces from the sun’s U.V. damaging rays, heavy traffic, oil, and other foreign objects. SuperSeal will enhance the natural appearance of your Brick Pavers and Decorative Concrete with a “wet” look but will not make the Brick Pavers slippery. SuperSeal Brick Paver Sealer can be used for Stamped Concrete, Stamped Cement, Decorative Cement, Concrete Brick Pavers, Acid Stained Cement, Concrete Stains, and Exposed Aggregate.
SuperSeal Brick Paver Sealer is a much higher solid content (25%) than similar water based (7-10%) products.
SuperSeal Brick Paver Sealer can be sprayed on with the Chapin 1949 Concrete Sprayer or applied with a 1/2″ roller cover. It is to thick for a plastic “inexpensive” sprayer.
SuperSeal Brick Paver Sealer will help solidify sand in between the pavers and reduce the amount of weeds.
Super Seal 25 is not suggested for Clay Pavers.
This Product is not VOC Compliant in Every State
Does this come with color instead of clear
Clear only.
Can I put SS 25 over painted concrete
No, that would not work.
How long does ss25 last on pavers
About 2 years on pavers.
Hello,
I applied Super Seal 25 to stamped concrete and there are now small white bubbles on the surface everywhere. What should I do?
See this for some tips: https://www.concretesealerreview.com/how-to-fix-concrete-sealer-bubbles/
Is this product similar to WR Meadows CS-309-25 concrete sealer?
We have never heard of their product, but reading the specs, it seems similar. We cannot tell if their product is breathable acrylic like ours or solid acrylic.
Does your concrete sealer for exposed aggregate have any UV protection?
Clear coatings do not have UV protection, and there is no need for this. There are UV inhibitors in the sealer to prevent the sealer itself from discoloring.
How many sq/ft will a gallon of SS25 seal?
Concrete Pavers: 100-125 sq. ft. per gallon
Decorative/Stamped Concrete: 150 sq. ft per gallon. Per coat
Can you add additional coats of sealant after sealant has dried? I did two coats a couple weeks ago but it looks like those two coats are already fading away or my pavers are really thirsty.
More is not always better. It can create issues if overapplied.
How long does it need to dry before it can get wet? I didn’t think it would rain today, but now it looks like it might. It’s only been 3 hrs since I finished sealing.
Anywhere from 2-6 hours is normal.
Can this be applied with a brush?
Yes, but rollers are easier.
Can this be used on travertine pavers?
With travertine, it is best to not use a sealer that has gloss. Try this: https://www.opwdecks.com/wet-look-no-gloss.htm
In general, just thinking about product application (discounting prep and fill times for each tool) is rolling or spraying faster? Thanks!
Spraying is faster.
This was supposed to be a gloss sealer and color enhancer. Did not work at all.
Can we use Super Seal 25 Gloss over it. Was put on a year ago and made no difference to the look and we have weeds coming through
Sorry, but we are not sure how it will look over that unless you strip it off.
What sprayers can you use to apply SS25?

I just had a driveway extension with concrete pavers. I plan to seal my pavers with this but could I also seal my concrete as well? I want to seal it to help prevent mold and discoloration in the rainy season.
No, it will dry blotchy on plain white concrete.
Unfortunately, spalling can with stamped concrete and a sealer cannot prevent this 100%. It is a structural issue when the concrete was installed and is not typically related to the salts but freeze/thaw issues.
Hi, I installed all new Nicolock pavers earlier this year. I was going to use SS25 to seal them all. Is that a good choice and is now October (in New Jersey) a good time or should it be done during warmer temps? thanks
You can seal now or in spring. Whichever is easier for you. The SS25 is a great paver sealer.
States Temperature 45 to 100. Is this for application or does it include over night temps
Application temps. Cannot drop below freezing the first night.
I have a new patio (flat) and a new driveway (3.5% slope).
Material is 3 piece Catalina from Belgard. The installer used play sand instead of polymeric..
My wife wants wet look and long durability. I want to make sure joints are stable and block weeds in the future. Some gloss is OK.
Total s.f is 1000.
What do you recommend? Initially I thought SB 600, but info states that joint stability is not an attribute. Then I thought Super Seal 25.
Does SB 600 penetrate deeper than super seal?
If so, then is it possible to use 1st coat of SB 600 for long term paver protection, the apply the second coat using SuperSeal 25 for surface appearance and joint sand hardening?
Is there contact at Clemons that can provide insight.
They would be no point in applying a coat of each. Just apply one coat of the SS25.
Can I use super seal 25 on blue stone flagstone?
No, it dries blotchy on natural stone.
Unexpected rain came, I blew water off just – sealed deck woth leaf blower and got some spray on deck posts. Is there any way to clean off other than using stripper?
There is not.
Will this work on a slab for interior
We applied superseal 25 to our aggregate driveway 2 years ago. Is it ok to clean the driveway and reapply the superseal 25?
Yes.
How long should this product last. I live in California are any dealers located here
Sorry, this product is not allowed in CA.
What is the shipping time for after an order has been placed.
That depends on where you live?
What is the best way for a home owner to apply this product to brick pavers that have never been treated before ?
Rolling is very easy. Use a 1/2″ to 5/8″ nap.
Hello, can I apply this to travertine pavers?
Rolling is very easy to do.
I just had my 23 yr old stamped concrete patio cleaned. As expected, it faded and did some minimal damage. I want to seal it now to hopefully make it darker (was Walnut & Sombrero buff colors). Would this be a good sealer or should we go with a high gloss to seal and make look darker? Pic attached, Thanks!
The SuperSeal 25 or the SuperSeal 30 will work.
can I use a non slip additive with this for the stamped concrete around the pool deck?
You can add this: https://www.opwdecks.com/supergrip.htm
We got better coverage than expected, so have some unopened 5 gal cans. What is shelf life of unopened cans of Super Seal 25 if protected from temperature extremes?
About 3 years.
Picture attached
Yes, this will work. You can add this for grip: https://www.opwdecks.com/supergrip.htm
I have smooth color stained concrete around my pool that is very faded. Will this work.. Can non slip sand be added?
Post a picture in the comments of the concrete.
My pavers are 15 years and very faded, will this product help?
Yes.
Do you have a March coupon code?
We do not.
Not allowed in Phoenix area. Rest of AZ is okay.
does this sealer leave concrete surface slippery
Typically is does not as long as it is not over applied.
Can I use this on my showers grout?
No, this is for exterior concrete surfaces such as pavers, stamped concrete, etc.
I only need a single gallon but the shipping is almost the price of the product. What is the shelf life?
Opened about 12 months.
How many sq. feet will 5 gallons cover?
About 500.
I want to place an order and I am unable to add to my basket. Please help me in placing my order.
It is very easy to do. Just click add to cart above. If it is not working then you have a glitch in your browser. Try to refresh the page or a different device.
That would only happen if it was over-applied or applied to a covered area. It should dry out though after another day or so.
No, you should not use the SS25 for bluestone. Remove with this first: https://www.opwdecks.com/paver-sealer-stripper.htm
Then clean after with this: https://www.opwdecks.com/cleaner-degreaser.htm
is it possible to try a solvent first on the blue stone to see if it will “reset” the sealer, making the white haze disappear? Or we have to Strip it completely?
It may fix it temporarily but it probably will come back.
Is this sealer good for pool pavers that look like this?
Yes.
Can super seal 25 be used over H&C COLORTOP Solvent-Based Solid Color Concrete Sealer that was put down 3 years earlier. It has worn off completely on uncovered areas and there is a slight shine to areas that are covered. Will it soften and bond with any of the H and C that remains or does the earlier sealer have to be removed? If so, what should be used? Thank you.
You should remove the current coating first and not sure what will work on H&C solid color to remove it.
What should i use on ivory travertine on driveway?
Super Seal 25 if you want a wet look and semi-gloss or SuperSeal-M if you want no change in color and just want to seal.
Applied SS25 a couple years ago. Can I simply reapply or do I need to strip old sealer off first? What can I use to remove old SS25 sealer?
Just reapply to a clean and dry surface.
I have coloured stamped concrete around the pool and wish to have a matte finish that isn’t shiny. What product is best that could be sprayed?
Can SB 600 go over 25 semi gloss? It is about 2 yr old and there are still some patches of the old sealer visible, but we don’t want a shiny courtyard—just a matte, wet look.
Applying the SB-600 over the SS25 will not dull the shine of the 25. It will still show shiny when resealed.
Would the Super Sealer Matte be a better option than the SB600? Again, we don’t mind a satin type sheen, just not shiny shiny. Is the matte better for keeping weeds out and sand in place than the SB600?
The matte would dull it some, but it will still have some shine. It will also do better with sand.
What is the approx coverage with a sprayer?
Coverage is based on the surface type, not the application method.
Decorative/Stamped Concrete: 150 sq. ft per gallon
Concrete paver drive way. Thanks
Concrete Pavers: 100-125 sq. ft. per gallon
When applying this on pavers with perma sand can I skip the water step and just spray the super seal 25 over the dry sand?
No. If using a poly sand you need to mist with water to activate it.
