Welcome to our How-To Tips! You will get a series of 4 emails on the correct procedures to restore your wood or deck.

This first email contains information on how to clean the wood and/or strip off an old stain. Prepping the wood is the single most important part of the entire restoration process. When the wood is properly cleaned and/or stripped of previous coatings, the new stain will achieve better penetration and adhesion. This increases the overall appearance and longevity before restoration is needed again.
