Now Available in the Original Low-Gloss and the NEW High-Gloss.
Masonry Saver (DEFY) Epoxy Fortified Paver Sealer is formulated with special, heavy duty resins and mildewcides, that help to reduce the occurrence of fungus while also encapsulating the joint sand to retard the infiltration of ant colonies. It is also a paver sand sealer which helps keep patios cleaner by stabilizing the joint sand, bonding it firmly in place, and helping to keep the sand from washing out during periods of heavy rain as well as helping to reduce weeds from growing up through the joint sand. When properly applied, Masonry Saver Epoxy Fortified Paver Sealer enhances the beauty of any paver with a rich “wet” look without causing the surface to become slippery.
- Protection From Water & Ultra-Violet Light Damage
- Protection From De-Icing Salts & Chemicals
- Freeze/Thaw Protection
- Stabilizes Joint Sand to Reduce Rain Wash-Out
- Minimizes Weed Growth and Ant Colonization
- Mildew/Fungus Protection

I have brick pavers that are very porous & dull. I’m not sure what they are made of. I’d like to restore/seal for appearances and easier clean up. What product do you recommend? I’d prefer a shine/medium-high gloss.
You could use the Masonry Saver Paver Sealer above or the Super Seal 30: https://www.opwdecks.com/30-higher-gloss.htm
I have a clay brick walkway with polymeric sand joints. I am confused whether the best sealer for me would be the Masonry Saver Brick Repellent, the Masonry Saver HD Water Repellent, the Masonry Saver Paver Sealer or the Surebond SB-1300. The walkway has both horizontal brick and vertical brick surfaces. Can you advise me?
The SB-1300 does not give a wet look. The Defy Paver sealer will.
Can you tell me what the difference is between the Defy Paver Sealer and the SB-1300 Joint Stabilizer Sealer? I’m looking for a water based sealer. Does the SB-1300 Stabilizer provide any “wet look” after applied or does it just dry clear?
Shine level is dependent on the surface and the application amount. Typically a satin to semi-gloss shine.
Yes it protects against stains.
Is this product a full gloos or more like matt finish, does it protect against stains?
Wet look darkens the appearance while gloss adds a shine.
What is the difference between a gloss and the wet look?
