Aromatic 100 is a solvent that can help restore the shine for pavers that have been previously coated with a sealer. Often time a paver sealer can dull or turn white from moisture or sealer build-up. The Aromatic will emulsify the sealer so that it will look new again.

i have cloudy spots on stamped concrete. i only used solvent based sealer. Can aromatic 100 fix my problem and can i seal on top of it at a later date? Whats the best way to apply?
Post some pictures here and what sealer brand did you use prior?
when installed company used a solvent based sealer. don’t know brand. following year i used your super sealer 30. then had a company come out and seal patio. i gave him copy of msds sheet on the super sealer 30. he said it was compatible with his sealer. i also had problems with bubbles when i sealed and same when i had a pro do it
Pictures?
Hopefully this works.
You should fully strip off the current sealers to fix this correctly:

Can you suggest a stripper? Is this a diy kind of project? What sealer would you suggest to use afterward?
We sent you a link in our prior response for the stripper. Seal with SS25 after stripping: https://www.opwdecks.com/superseal25-semi-gloss-5-gallon.htm
The link goes to several strippers. Which would you recommend for a stamped concrete paver with unknown sealer? Also, the patio is 15×11 ft with just one initial application of sealer. How much do stripper & sealer is needed? I figured a gallon of each, but want to check in.
I’m a 100% disabled vet whose only income is my VA benefit so I can’t afford to buy extra product I won’t need. Thanks for your guidance and advice.
All of the strippers will work. Probably two gallons of each.
I had new Cambridge pavers sealed by a contractor with masonry sealer. He first used polymeric sand in the joints. The pavers have turned a thick white mostly around the joints. Will the solvent neutralize the sealer, or do I need to strip them.
can I add aromatic 100 to acrylic resin to thin out
Yes but better to be sprayed on.
Can this product be rolled on?
This product does not remove the sealer nor is it cleaner. It will help restore the shine of old sealers.
For a removal of old sealers you would want this product:
Paver Sealer Stripper (http://www.opwdecks.com/paver-sealer-stripper.htm)
I have a brick porch that has been coated several times with a sealer and now has that discolred white look and buildup. May I presume that this product is the best to clean with before reasealing? Thank you. Your site is very friendly and informative.
Designed for solvent based sealers but may help water based sealers as well.
Can it be use for both water and solvent previous sealer?
No the aromatic will not decrease slipperiness. It would need to be stripped or you could add SuperGrip to add some traction. In many cases the sealer will be slippery only for the first 2-3 weeks after installation. It can take this long for full cure.
I applied solvent based sealer to brick pavers on pool deck. Deck now slippery. Will aromatic 100 eliminate this problem? Standard strippers seem to be too dangerous, and harmful to everything around such as pool screen, house, plants etc.
